Initial Consultation
We begin by reviewing your concept, whether that’s a detailed tech pack or a general idea with reference images, fabric choices, and design direction. Material & Trim Sourcing
We source high-quality fabrics and trims from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. All materials are selected with care, using chemicals that meet ZDHC or REACH MRSL standards, and are certified by OEKO-TEX or Blue Sign. It’s all part of our approach to responsible, eco-friendly outerwear production.
Pattern & Sample Development
Based on your tech pack or reference materials, we create the first prototype using comparable fabrics and color-matched options to closely represent your final vision. This sample allows you to assess the style, pattern, workmanship, and material quality. If preferred materials or trims are unavailable, we’ll recommend alternatives and keep you informed.

Place Order for Production
Once your order is confirmed, we move into full-scale manufacturing.
Before bulk production begins, we send size samples (usually in 2–3 sizes) for fit approval.
These will be used as the standard for production, so precision is key.
A pre-production sample, made with final materials, is provided for final sign-off.
As a trusted provider of private label outerwear and coat production services, we ensure everything is aligned before proceeding.
Shipping samples can also be arranged on request.
